1. Panchakarma

• Vamana: Induces emesis for detoxification.

2. Navarakizhi

• Therapeutic massage using bundles of boiled navara rice dipped in milk and herbal decoctions.

3. Dhara

4. Pizhichil

• Warm medicated oil poured on the body and massaged to relieve joint disorders, stiffness, and spasms.

5. Sirovasti
